Susan Elizabeth Lee

Susan, herself excels in the use of EQ skills. She is a rags to recognition story. Her life Management Skills programming has been in numerous corporations from Burlington Northern to Lockheed Martin. EQ MEdia produce, "I Believe in Me!"™ which received a prestigious Parents' Choice Award and was endorsed by KIDS FIRST! Susan, has presented at the National Forum on Character Education and the Eunice Kennedy Shriver "Beyond Bullying Conference."

Gilbert Hernandez

President & COO: EQ Media, Inc.

Gilbert Hernandez has many years of leadership experience across multiple industries, business models both large and small. He has operated as an employee, consultant or entrepreneur and has championed and managed numerous strategic projects in both high tech and retail positions. Gilbert's EQ skills have allowed him to smoothly integrate and lead teams through an array of projects all of which have their own defined and undefined requirements and demands.

Lori Plummer-Wendt

Lori Wendt comes to us with extensive background within the pre-school Edutainment Industry. Lori wrote curriculum and outreach materials for the well-known PBS Television program Barney & Friends. Her work ranges from curriculum, outreach, workshops, content development, parent activities to lesson plans within PBS and HIT Entertainment's Barney & Friends, Bob the Builder, Angelina Ballerina, The Wiggles and Thomas and Friends. As a mom, educator and expert in the industry, Lori sees the high value of EQ and the profound messaging behind "I Believe in Me!"™

Mark Skinner

Managing Hit Entertainment's global brands, including packaging, merchandising and identify programs including all collateral materials and style guides, resulting in over $1 billion in consumer sales collectively. Hit's top-rated consumer brands include: Barney the Dinosaur, Bob the Builder ($100 million launch in the U.S.), Thomas and Friends, The Wiggles and Veggie Tales.

Brian Neece

Producing great design in a multitude of genres, Brian brings traditional pencil sketches to life in his creative thinking, allowing him to see an idea through before he begins the production process. Brian strives in bringing new and fresh approaches to his designs. With over 20 years experience, he provides brand development, advertising, marketing, product development, and digital media implementation from both a creative and business context. Brian has created materials and campaigns for pre-school properties: Barney the Dinosaur, Bob The Builder, Thomas and Friends and The Wiggles.
